I made this giant birthday cookie recently during lockdown for both my daughter, Alices birthday and my Sister, Jennas 30th birthday. Everybody loved them, so yummy.
So easy and quick to make, these delicious cookies are a breeze and blissful once you taste them.
All you do is mix the butter and sugar in a bowl to a wet sand consistency, add the egg, vanilla and baking soda, mix well then fold in the flour, salt and choc chips. Super easy.
My Alice bear and sister jenna were super happy with the giant cookie. Absolutely a must if you love cookies.
